Red tractor units and yellow construction machines lined up in a sunny equipment yard

Since 2015

A trading company built on two markets

BNT was founded in 2015 to supply the vehicles, machines and materials that construction and transport in Tunisia and Libya run on.

What BNT does

BNT trades commercial trucks, heavy equipment, construction equipment and steel. We buy from manufacturers and suppliers, and sell to the contractors, transport companies and equipment rental firms that build roads, buildings and fleets in Tunisia and Libya. We have worked in both markets since 2015. For a manufacturer, a bank or an insurer, BNT is a clear point of contact for business in the region.

How BNT works

What sits behind every order we take on.

  1. A North African port city on the Mediterranean at dusk

    Two markets

Tunisia and Libya are where our customers build and haul, and where we have worked since 2015.

  2. Trucks and machines lined up on a port quay beside a cargo ship at dawn

    From maker to market

We source from manufacturers and suppliers, and agree specification, price and terms in writing before an order moves.

  3. Rolled drawings, a hard hat and a laptop on a meeting table by a window

    Documents that hold up

Banks, insurers and export credit agencies get the paperwork a financed order needs.

Since 2015

Four trade lines, two markets

Founded in 2015, BNT trades in commercial trucks, heavy equipment, construction equipment and steel, for contractors, transport companies and equipment rental firms in Tunisia and Libya.

How an order works

  1. The requirement

A contractor, transport company or rental firm in Tunisia or Libya tells us what it needs: type, quantity, specification and timing.

  2. Sourcing

We source from manufacturers and suppliers and agree the specification, price and terms in writing.

  3. Financing and insurance

When an order is financed or insured, we prepare the documents the bank, insurer or export credit agency asks for.

  4. Delivery

The order is shipped, cleared and handed over to the customer in Tunisia or Libya.

What we aim for

To make it simple for manufacturers to reach buyers in North Africa, and for contractors and fleets to get the vehicles, machines and steel their work depends on.
