Who we are

BNT runs this website and is responsible for the personal information you share with us here. Our address is Centre Urbain Nord, International City Center, Cercle des Bureaux, 3ème étage, Bureau N°10, 1082 Menzeh, Tunis, Tunisia. For anything about your data, email [email protected].

We handle your information under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

• What you send us through a form, email, phone or WhatsApp: usually your name, contact details and your message.
• If you allow analytics cookies: which pages you visit, roughly where you are and what device you use, without your name.

Why we use it

• To reply to you and to give you the service you asked for (to take steps before a contract and to perform it).
• To keep the records the law requires, such as invoices (legal obligation).
• To run and improve our business and this website, in ways you would expect (legitimate interests).
• To send news or offers, only if you have said yes; you can say no at any time (consent).

Who we share it with

Only the people and services that help us work: our email provider, our IT and hosting providers, and professional advisers such as our accountant. Each may only use it to do that job for us.

We never sell your information. We share it with authorities only when the law requires us to.

Where it is kept

Some of our providers store data outside the country you are in. When they do, we use providers that protect it to the standard the law requires, for example through approved contract terms.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that don’t lead to work: up to 12 months.
• Client and booking records: for as long as you are a client, then as long as the law or our insurers require (usually six years).
• Analytics: no longer than 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how we use it, to object to how we use it, or to receive a copy to take elsewhere. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email [email protected] and we will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

We update this page when the way we use information changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
